Victoria Gonin

Victoria Gonin is the founder and CEO of the Women's Solution Group through which she offers consulting and coaching services for women.

She works with women to find the best in themselves and in turn inspire, engage and mobilize others.  

Simultaneously with helping women navigate their path to leadership Victoria helps organizations to design and provide programs and relationships that get the best out of this talented group.

Victoria SHE-CAN Mentor.  She is also a Certified Connected Leadership Trainer with specialized knowledge that has prepared her to deliver a customized version of the program for the Scholars who are part of the SHE-CAN program.
