In 2023, CODA Partners joined with SHE-CAN Global to customize and deliver a version of the CODA Connected Leadership Program that recognizes the culture and experiences of the SHE-CAN Scholars.  

The SHE-CAN Scholars are talented low-opportunity young women from post-conflict and climate challenged countries who, with support and guidance from SHE-CAN Global, are now enrolled in a U.S. college or university.  Through the CODA-SHECAN Connected Leadership Program, a college education, internships, and passionate mentors,  SHE-CAN Scholars are being equipped and empowered to return to their home countries where they will serve to change their nations and the world.
