A CODA Certified Trainer, Margie serves as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Retention Services at Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC).

Margie is an experienced and innovative professional with over 15 years in higher education, specializing in curriculum development, workforce programs, community partnerships, faculty support, and project management.  She is well versed in the non-profit, government and corporate sectors.

Margie is uniquely qualified to provide leadership development for Project Managers, individuals who are often charged with influencing others without the formal power that comes from line authority.  She herself has been a project leader. 

At PHSC she managed the STEM stackable credentials initiative and was instrumental in the creation of the PHSC’s Engineering Technology, Private Pilot Technology and Aviation Administration programs. At the City College of New York she served as the project manager for the design and implementation of the largest CUNY campus – The College of Staten Island, 30 buildings on 204 acres. moving 3 campuses to 1 without service interruption, managing a $460,000,000 construction budget and coordinating over 150 contractors.

Her many years in data base design and management, and with SPSS research software give her an understanding of clients and employees working in this sector.

Margie is enrolled in the Ed.D. in Leadership and Management program at Walden University.  She holds a MPA from Marist University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from SUNY, Fredonia.
