Victoria Gonin

Victoria Gonin is the founder and CEO of the Women's Solution Group through which she offers consulting and coaching services for women.

She works women to find the best in themselves and inturn inspire, engage and mobilize others.  Simulaneously with helping women navigate their path to leadership Victoria helps organizations to design and provide programs and relationships that get the best out of this talented group.

Victoria is a Certified Connected Leadership Trainer with specialized knowledge that has prepared her to deliver a customized version of the program for the Scholars who are part of the SHE-CAN program.
