David Prosper

David Prosper is an award-winning speaker, coach, and consultant. In 2021, he was named  Colorado Springs Business Rising Star and Diversity Champion for being an impactful community leader. He recently published his first contributing authoring book, Your Personal Life Coach: Answers to Your Coaching Questions and Why it Matters. Prosper is a certified life coach, communications specialist, and leadership trainer through CODA Partners Inc. 

He has worked with the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, School District 49, TEDx Colorado Springs, TEDx Manitou Springs, Council of Neighbors (CONO), Colorado Springs Business Journal Rising Star & DEI Committee member, Yemi For Mayor Campaign, D1 Training Gym and Manna Church as a Leadership Strategist. 

Prosper was also invited to serve as the Vice President at Reviews and Trends National Magazine and a board member at the US Christian Chamber of Commerce. 

He has invested his life using his personal and career experiences to help individuals from all walks of life overcome limitations. As the son of a Haitian immigrant, he knows how restrictions can prevent us from reaching fulfillment. 

David believes that when leaders get better; families get better, communities get better, schools get better, governments get better and the world gets better. He achieves this personal mission through speaking, writing, and coaching leaders to find clarity to create a more significant impact.
