Sherri Sutton

Sherri Sutton is the Chief Unlearning Officer for Positive Impact Force. In this position, she partners with other amazing consultants to educate businesses, improve teamwork, manage projects, create content for social media, and facilitate meetings using the Appreciative Inquiry framework.  As part of her mission, Sherri focuses on training the whole-system and specializes in front-line employee training to help the most important members of your staff connect their work to the vision and mission of the organization.

In addition to being a CODA Certified Trainer for Connected Leadership, Connected Communications, Connected Teamwork, and Connecting with Executives, Sherri is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Reinvention Practitioner (CRP), ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), received her AI Practitioner Certification through the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College, has her certificate in expressive arts from the Expressive Arts Florida Institute, a certificate from Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Training (AIFT), a certificate from Positive Acorn Coaching, and is certified in True Colors, DiSC, and Instructional Design.

Sherri currently serves as the Technology Chair for the International Coaching Federation Central Florida Chapter (ICF-CF) and is an active member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the Global Alliance of Reinvention Professionals.
