Team & Workgroup Performance
CODA Partners, Inc. works with team members and their leader to increase trust, communications, and decision-making. As with other CODA training events, the content is highly customized to the specific needs of the client and can be designed and facilitated as a stand-alone team building event or organized around a series of team building events and processes that help participants recognize their responsibility for the effective and efficient work of the team.

Customized team assessments and other third-party instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, the FIRO-B®, DISC®, Leadership Spectrum® and Conflict Dynamics Profile® aid in the diagnosis of behaviors that are blocking individual contributions and team accomplishments.
- Team building case studies, simulations, and problem solving challenges designed with a direct connection to the work of the organization – this relevance is particularly important in ensuring that the learning is transferred to the work place and sustained over time.
- Adventure-based activities including ropes course experiences and high impact team activities such as “Leader Top Chef” and “Apprentice Leader” that offer individual and team challenges followed by targeted debriefings.
- Specialized team coaching programs for high-performing executive teams (C-suite development), governance and advisory entities (Boards, Advisory Councils, Trustees).
